I moved into the area and was looking for a new hairstylist. I'm very wary of trying new places because I have curly hair and often end up with really bad haircuts. I searched online and found that they had lots of great citysearch reviews. I called to inquire about prices and Jasmine talked to me. We discussed how I was nervous to try someone new and shared that she has curly hair too. She was very friendly and I felt comfortable, so I booked an appointment with her.
I got a call the day of my appointment letting me know that she was running a little late, which I found very helpful. It was much nicer to grab something to drink before going to my appointment rather than sitting around waiting. The salon was a very friendly environment. When I got there Jasmine offered me something to drink. She asked what kind of cut I was looking for, really listened to what I said and made some good suggestions. While washing my hair she offered me some aromatherapy, which I loved! She was quick and nice, and I love my haircut! I will probably go back again when my cut grows out.
I also received a call about a week later. Jasmine wanted to ask how my cut was doing and if I had any questions, which I thought was really nice.
