It's fish dishes with asian sauce, served by American waiters....
Roy is smart enough to bring out creative asian taste cooking to the American market.
Roy did spend his money on the restaurant decoration as well as the nice location.
It's expensive because you paid for the good service, location, surrounding and fresh fish.
Forget about the sushi stuffs, save it for a the real japanese restaurant that doesn't have American waiters.
Overall, it's a nice place restaurant for a date, but not romantic enough to impress your date for a quiet and slow pace dinner, because the foods do come out fast and you'll ready to be served for your bills.
Pros: friendly people, nice decoration, nice booth
Cons: prices, long waiting, expensive drinks.
