Cardo's of Waverly has been around for as long as I can remember. My cousins, sister, aunt, and uncles used to get together every Saturday night to play basketball and when we were finished, we always got a couple extra large pizzas from Cardo's. It was always something to look forward too. Every time we ordered one, it was always the same, absolutely perfect. How they made these perfect pizzas was a well kept secret for a long time until a rumor came out that they had a conveyer belt pizza oven that the pizzas went through at the same speed and same temp. every time. Very much a staple in Waverly.
