Review content:
We found the suv we wanted over the internet & Ed reassured us that there was nothing wrong with it. He wanted us to purchase it without looking at it. I had to buy a plane ticket to go look at it. I got there & there was no sound to the suv. Ed put in writing that he would ship the amp & pay to have it installed. When we took it to the Chevy/GMC service department & told him the total amount he refused to pay for it. He kept arguing about where we were having it installed & tried to blackmail us by telling us he would only send the money if we took our BBB report down. The suv was inspected and has a lot of other problems wrong with it too. Stay away from this place!! Google this dealership & see the 'real' reviews!
