Judy the owner is LESS than PROFESSIONAL. We bought a dress that once we were home in light, her shop has black walls & awful lighting, now I know why...we noticed the dress was damaged. It was not a special order therefore did not apply to the NO REFUND. We returned the dress with in 3 days, that was May 2011, it is now August 2011 & just had may first phone conversation with Judy after multiple emails, visits to the shop and phone calls, where we were told she was unavailable. She will not acknowledge that the dress is damaged only taht she gave us a discount so therefore all is good. She said she returned my emails, well no you did not & you left me a voice message saying your email was not working properly. After I asserted myself she then told me that 2 of her girls wrote up an incidient report about my visit, I asked for a copy as this was the first time she had shared that with me & she refuses to provide me this proof, because it does not exist. She is not a professional, her staff are nothing more than sales girls and her ability to provide quality satifactory cusomer service is not something she cares about. I guess instead of writing a check to simply make me go away she wants to go to court, which is sad when I will galdly go away when she REFUNDS the money she owes us on a dress that was dirty and damaged and was returned with in 3-days as her receipts states. It was not a special order it was off the rack and she should know that when soemone is unhappy she should make them happy even if she loses them as a customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
