They re-flashed around my chimney a couple of years ago and warrantied the work for a year, but said the flashing should last 5 years and would warranty labor for that long.
Flashing leaked after two years. I called them out to look at it, and before they realized I was a repeat customer they said how poor of a job the roofer did and they would fix it for free if it had been their work. When I showed them the previous invoice they initially swallowed their pride and said they would fix it for free. After repeated calls and promises, they still have not shown up to repair.
