Dominion added a 'cancellation fee' for their mandatory annual service contract - even though we paid for the services.
What the contract didn't say was that the service visits had to be a particular kind... and instead of a phone call or note to let us know, they sent a bill with the threat of a collection agency.
Uncool, unethical, and unnecessary.
