Deceptive marketing practices.. After several emails about pre-approval, we finally decided to answer one of their daily calls. We were promised the moon, and even though we expressed a lot of doubt and hid nothing from us, they told us to come down. She knew we didn't have a vehicle, so we had to rent a car, based on our trust with her word. In the end, we ended up staying at the dealership for 2+ hours, on top of a 2 hour rental, costing us $40.. and found out NOTHING about financing because the lenders left early. We were barely attended to, as they are severely understaffed. We got the run around for TWO more days, totaling 3 days of valuable time wasted. In the end, we were approved for a new car only, $475 payment or JD Byrider, both were non solutions and she knew this at the start. Yet, she convinced us, basically promised us, that we would get better financing than we already had and could get us the car we wanted. It was the worst car shopping experience I've ever had, because we would constantly have to remind them to work on our financing for us, and we were knowingly deceived. Go elsewhere.
