Many thanks to the young lady on the phone at your office the time I called seeking your counsel recently. She very pleasantly inquired if I needed and appointment and realized that my most immediate need was wise words. So she took down my name and number and thank you, Dr. Dwyer, for returning my call in such a timely fashion. When my PCP returned to town several days later, I had left a message asking to be referred to another doctor for a second opinion. Because that doctor's schedule didn't all him to see him, his partner did and took great care explaining what was happening in my back. He answered all my questions and was confident, calming, and from my impressions, he was very thorough and exceptionally meticulous in his professional skills as a healer. I felt comfortable to schedule a more conservative and less invasive surgery from the doctor. The first neurosurgeon was planning a more invasive surgery with a longer recovery time. I'll keep you posted on my recovery and hope to have an appointment with you in the next few weeks.
