After reading some of these reviews i'm really surprised, as they sound like reviews of friend of previously employees. I have been to MANY salons and have never had the wonderful experience i have had going to Untangled. From my very FIRST visit i was amazed at how wonderful and how friendly everyone was. Lori took the time to go through my hair listen to what i wanted, give her expertise opinon and took the time to make my hair perfect. I have not gone anywhere else since then. I work late and everytime I have been there I have seen Lori and her staff work extra evening hours until thier clients hair was finished perfect and the client was happy i have even seen Lori open on a Sunday to accomodate her clients schedule. All of this at no extra charge. As well they provide every possible salon service imaginable for a great price. I have always felt like the staff at Untangled takes pride in thier work and has treated me and other clients like family. I recommend them to everyone I kno
