I felt compelled to write my first Judysbook review for Eric because the service we got was great. I have a 08 BMW 328i. I first started noticing a small crack on the windshield after a pellet struck it driving in the mountains. The crack grew and grew over several days so I had no choice but to get it repaired.
My first instinct was to take it to the dealer, but my wife did some search online and found this place. She was concerned that we would get a non-factory windshield at a place that is not the dealership but she said when she called, Eric was the one that recommended to get the BMW factory windshield and parts. I dropped the car in the early afternoon and got the car in several hours. Eric waited for us to make sure everything was good and explained the receipt in detail. It has been several weeks, and you cannot even tell that the windshield has been replaced. We noticed that he even took my parking structure sticker off my old windshield and put it in the same location on the new windshield. This is just an example of the attention to detail that this place offers.
