Businiess name:  Cafe Bombay

Review content:
I moved to Bristol Borough in April, and am pleasantly surprised to find that it is a real hotbed of great restaurants. like an early stage New Hope. We got to Cafe Bombay at least twice a month and every dish, every visit, is just extraordinary. This is a family restaurant, and so you'll likely meet at least one of the brothers each time you go. Service is excellent and very polite. Ah ... but the food? The food is EXCELLENT, SUPERB - pick your favorite complementary adjective. I've eaten at nearly every good Indian restaurant in NYC and NJ including the one's in Edison and Woodbridge. I must say that Cafe Bombay is so far and above the best of these that it simply sets the standard for everyone else. The preparations at Cafe Bombay are easily better than most, without question. Their ingredients are very fresh - the flavors are positively wonderful, and their chef is definitely accomplished. The use of ingredients and spices are well-balanced. The Chicken Saag is the BEST that we have EVER had. Please trust me that this is some of the very best Indian cuisine available, not just in this area but anywhere in the entire Philly / NYC metro area. The service is very polite and reserved. Most dishes may be spiced from 1-10. Kadai is spicy by nature so the scale on this is 5-10. We usually order this as an 8 and are impressed to find a spicy dish that had FLAVOR in equal doses to HEAT. Oh yes and don't forget to order a mango or mixed berry lassi - they are SO GOOD!!!
