I just leased a 2011 Toyota Camry and Derek made it an easy process. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and helped us with any questions we had. He was also very patient and friendly. I liked that he stressed calling him if we ever have any problems with the car or just have a question about it. I use to work at Wegmans and I have seen good customer service and bad customer service. Derek had great customer service. You can tell that he wanted to make me happy.
This was the first car I have ever leased from a dealership and couldn't imagine going thru any other place. From the atomosphere to the people that work there I was very satisfied. The experience was actually enjoyable. I recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone looking for any car, even if its not a Toyota Derek will help you out.
