My dog is pretty mischievious, but this one really takes the cake: although he is trained to only go potty outside, there was one day where my husband had left the house early to go golfing and forgotten to take him out. Later that morning, while I in the shower, my dog, who still had to go, came up the stairs and straight to my bathroom door, which was closed because I was in it. Lo and behold, he went all over the carpet, right outside the door! When I finally got out of the bathroom and discovered it, I was so mad! I immediately put him outside and called this company to clean the carpet. They were there quickly, and had them cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized in no time. I'm really happy with their work!
