but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Kineticom has good representative (at least the one that I know). They prepare you for interview in terms of what the employer are looking for. They give advices and continuously reminding you of the interview.
Their reps are easy to reach. They will not only give you emails and office number, some of them are willing to be contacted during the weekend in case you have question about your interview.
