Before going to Dr. Luke I had my dogs teeth cleaned every year by a board certified pet dentist, after losing my job I needed to cut back on cost so I decided to take her to tierrasanta for a "dental month" promotion. All and all the cost was the SAME and their solution was to pull teeth not fill like Dr. Niemic. The Dr. was extremely pushy and made me feel bad if I didn't pay for ALL recommended procedures and there is no excuse for the front desk lady who I found out to be the office manager! She was EXTREMELY rude and pushy. I couldn’t believe how she was talking to me, the CUSTOMER. The rest of the poor staff was helpful but I overheard the way that the management talks to them, so unnecessary and rude. Take your business somewhere else.
