If you can shop in the store it's not bad. We ordered a coat for my son ten weeks ago and still no coat. When we ordered it we were told it was in stock, it wasn't. [1st lie] Six weeks later before we dropped our son off at the MTC, we stopped at the store.The coat that we ordered was stuck in customs and would be delivered to our son before he was out of the MTC. [2nd lie] On Saturday September 19th we were told it was on its way from New Jersy and would be delivered by wed. the 23rd. It wasn't! [lie3] Saturday the 26th we were told it was delivered and his name was taken off the back order list. [4th lie] Monday the 28th still no coat only excuses. We have only been lied to. If you see an
Elder with no coat in the pouring rain or cold in Orem, ask him if hes from Ohio and he shopped the Missiomary Mall.
