Review content:
I have only one word for this chocolate shop - SENSATIONAL!
I've been to the Avenue Forsyth numerous times since they opened last year, and for the life of me I don't know how we missed this place. It looks like a the front of a Parisian hotel, complete with a beautifully scalloped awning and chandeliers in the windows. Inside, it only gets better, with colorful chocolates and gifts from all over the world. In the back portion of the store, they have displays full of what I can only describe as chocolate "jewelry" - chocolate truffles that they make by hand in the store and paint to look like little pieces of art. Well if you "eat with your eyes", you will love this place. But we didn't stop with our eyes. We tried the chocolate eclair truffle and the dark chocolate mousse truffle and thought we were in chocolate heaven. I love anything chocolate and raspberry, and they have 5 or 6 truffles with different combinations of chocolate and raspberry.
This is a stunning and extraordinary store with probably the best chocolates we have ever eaten. Do NOT miss this place if you are anywhere in the metro Atlanta area!
