Review content:
As hard as I try I can not give this place high marks. I have been frequenting this place since opening day hoping each time the service would improve, the quality of the food would improve, the wait staff would improve... not happening...Any time of the day, busy or slow doesn't seem to matter. Food is generally cold by the time it gets to your table. The time it takes for your server to arrive is generally 10 minutes, even on those slow, slow days.
The manager is a very nice lady and will certainly work hard to make things right. My opinion is she shouldn't have to work so hard!
I will continue to visit in hopes she can improve the service. She is working hard to do so.
