Businiess name:  Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt
Review by:  Rachel C.
Review content:
A few years ago, I stumbled across a newly opened frozen yogurt shop in Windsor, CA. I am an avid fan of fro-yo, I love the squishy, soft-serve nature of it, and the few calories it tends to contain. . Golden Spoon has fat free frozen yogurt in a vast variety of rotating flavors. Wonderfully, and deliciously, the names of the flavors are super-accurate. If the sign says that the name of the flavor is "Heath Bar", you can bet that when you take a bite, you will be tasting a squishy, creamy, cold version version of the crunchy candy. If you choose a cone labeled "Mounds", the chocolate and coconut flavor will instantly thrill. The same goes for "Peanut Butter Cup", "50/50 Bar" and the rest. Of course, the fro-yo isn't limited to candy flavors; they have totally tasty strawberry, chocolate, peach, coffee, pistachio, raspberry and beyond. On "top" of all this, they have the best selection of things to put on your treat that I have seen in one place. Their toppings are divided into three sections, which I like to think of as "healthy", which has such items as granola, yogurt chips and carob sprinkles, "candy" which has similar things, without the annoying wholesomeness--chocolate chips, candy-bar pieces, snow-caps and the like, and finally, "squishy", which includes fudge and caramel sauce, along with brownie pieces (regular and fat free), and the one that makes me the happiest, fresh strawberry slices. The strawberries are only seasonal, but goopy strawberry sauce just doesn't compare. All in all, I rate Golden Spoon "Delicious" out of ten.
