Review content:
I didn't realize that Dr. Karkalas was a cosmetic dentist. I would only recommend her for that and not as a regular dentist. I just picked her out of a phone book. I got a great cleaning by her assistant. But when she came in, she told me I needed all of my fillings replaced and that my teeth needed whitening. I told her I wasn't interested in whitening my teeth. She pulled out a (fake) yellowed tooth that looked like it belonged to a 90 year old smoker and said that is what my teeth looked like. I again declined, and when I was leaving I was given a list of all that I "needed" to get done, including whitening, and it was a lot of money. I was annoyed that my decision not to have my teeth whitened was ignored.
