Here's to Roy Brenner and Carley Balla from West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. I've never posted a review before but this man and his assistant took care of us. He went out of his way; above and beyond. We took over a week and looked at 4 models and 7 or 8 cars. He had Carley bring us cars from other lots. We took cars home; we had one over the weekend. He had Carley bring us a car at home because we couldn't get to the dealership. He had Carley drop our new key off at our house after we had the new car. He matched a financing rate we were offered by our insurance company even though our credit rating wasn't top notch so we could get a lower payment. He never pressured us; we eventually went with a lesser car. I know it's his job but still; I can't say enough good things about Roy or Carley.
If you're ever looking to buy a car, Roy Brenner and Carley Balla are the team to go to.
