Good: I ordered shutters just as ownership was changing. The previous owner's son, Justin, was still working with them and sold me the shutters, and is still as far as I know.. Bad: Lifetime guarantee is useless. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls. They are not honoring my sales paperwork. I need shutter's replaced which I would pay for, they would replace staples that came off.. Improvements: I wish they would call. I don't know if they are in business since the phone answers to voicemail but no messages are returned.. Other: I went with a higher bid for my shutters, about $5K worth because of the excellent reputation, length of time in business, and lifetime guarantee. I thought they would not be a fly by night company that would be out of business. Now my shutters need repair and I can't go to another company, their finish would not match..
