Review content:
We used this service for 6 months for mid-day dog walks & play. Each day Sandy left a note describing the visit. We learned that the notes are written before the visit, because they were always signed by Sandy, but her husband was actually doing the visit. One note said "had a great visit and walk too!!" However, I was home then and discovered what that actually meant.... Our dog was let out to relieve himself for 2 minutes (in the unfenced backyard) while the husband stayed inside. Then our dog's leash and collar were placed next to his crate (to emphasize the great "walk" that never happened?). The visit lasted 3 minutes. It was horrible to realize they were taking advantage of our trust and our dog's inability to let us know he wasn't getting walks. We fired them immediately.
