Dr. Siegler is a relaxed, humorous, caring veterinarian. He is a good coach in caring for your animal. He has been very helpful with my 13-year-old, large dog, who has back pain and some mobility issues. My dog was on a regular regimen of standard pain medication (prescribed by his regular vet) but he was still in pain. Dr. Siegler did not recommend that we go off the regular medication, but has added acupuncture and homeopathic treatments. He also recommended a switch in his food, adding higher quality, more tasty food because, as he stated, food is a huge part of a dog's life. Whether it's the liquid glucosamine, new diet (with which my dog has lost a few pounds and he's more excited about food!), the acupuncture, or the homeopathic remedies, I can't say, but my dog is more active and seems to be in less pain.
