I was having problem with my sink so i called to have a plumber fix it. The customer service answered the phone with a genuinely happy greeting, totally accommodating , I felt immediately at ease with my choice. The plumber sent to me was polite, efficient and very tidy!
The service was addressed promptly, the plumber sent assessed the situation and patiently answered all my questions.
