I sent my PS3 to them to get the YLOD and Blu-Ray fixed,he (Travis Grant)told me that he had the Blu-ray lasers in the mail and that it would be fixed within the week.Three weeks went by and he didn't contact me once,I called him numerous times only to talk to his girlfriend every time who told me she would have him call me and he never did once. Finally I got a hold of him after three weeks and he told me that everything had been repaired.I went to pick up the PS3 (from his house) and his girlfriend handed me the system. They only charged me $100.00 dollars which I thought was odd but whatever,I got no receipt so there is no evidence that I ever took my console there to be repaired(also very odd).I was excited to use my PS3 so I rushed right home without really looking the system over.when I got home I plugged it in and threw in a game right away only to find out that the system wasn't reading the disc so I tryed to eject but now the eject didn't work either,I tried to force eject but that failed also.I then decided to see if my PSN downloads would work but they didn't,so I smacked the system around a little bit and the PSN games started to work.I played off and on for a while with no trouble and then 24 hours after I had picked up my PS3 it just shuts off,and I can't get it to turn on again at all, nothing, dead.I supposedly have a 90 day guarantee that I have no proof of but I don't trust them and I think I'll just chalk this one up as a loss.It sucks but I went through being so excited and so angry so many times that I just think I'm gonna give up.Oh and I'm missing screws from the top of the system too.If I we're you I would just spend a little more money and send it to the manufacturer. This Sucks!
