I just finished renting from JMH for 12 months. They are rude, unprofessional, belittling, and difficult to deal with. Dealing with JMH was a nightmare, no matter what the problem was. The secretaries are nasty and rude and the head realtor is a pompous jerk. Phone calls and emails were not returned, matters were not handled in a professional manner, and they try to charge you for ever little thing. Instead of having a walk through when the lease was up, we were told to drop off keys at the office and then were told our deposit would be mailed to us "by the end of the month." I can only imagine the ridiculous things that JMH will charge us for (they even told us that if we didn't replace some light bulbs, they would have to "hire contractors to come do it at our expense"--are you kidding me?!). I hope JMH goes out of business and no one has the misfortune of renting from them.
