Review content:
To the person who did the 7/22/2009 review entitled "Thiefs". I hope I got to you in time. Go immediately to your bank about this. Don't deal with a local manager if it is BofA. Call the customer service line. If you haven't gotten the money back yet, go to the fraud division. If you have gotten the $ back but the bank is not reversing the bounce check fees, send Makutus a request for reimbursement for the fees in writing. They have insurance for errors like this. Also, go to the customer service line at your bank and point out the overdraft fees and, if you did receive the overcharge credit from Makutus, show them how they tie together. Note that you ONLY have 60 days to do this at the bank, which means appx. 9/22, so act quickly. Of course, you have every right to take them to Small Claims Court, but I'd try to handle it without that if you can. Good luck. Hope that helps.
