Review content:
I went to Appliance Village on a Wednesday afternoon with my two small children to comparison shop a few washers we had been looking at around town (Lowes, Best Buy, Sears, Home Depot), a few minutes before they were to close for the evening. The man I spoke with was by far the most helpful, friendly, well-versed-in-washing-machines salesperson I have talked to since we started looking, and believe me, that is a LOT. Not only did he answer all the questions I had (I am a researcher, and had my printouts and notes and reviews with me), but he wasn't rushed, and wasn't pushy either. To me there is nothing more annoying than talking to a salesperson that doesn't know any more about the product than you do, and that seems more concerned with selling the 'extended warranty' than the product itself. This place was GREAT, and I would recommend going there to everyone. I also found they are the only appliance store left in town that has an in-house repair department. Very impressed, and the kids loved the play area!
