I have used this merchant and dropped off a diamond ring to have reset with a sapphire stone which I bought there. In addition, I dropped off a family heirloom (only jewelry I had that belonged to my mother-in-law who has now passed) and was going to have the amethyst reset into a pendant for a necklace. I also dropped off a necklace I owned for sizing for this pendant. I received the diamond ring back and the heirloom ring without the amethyst stone. But after over a YEAR, many visits and phone calls later - I have yet to receive my amethyst stone, the pendant or the necklace I trustingly lent them. To add salt to an open wound, all of this was paid in advance. I would not under any circumstances recommend O'Donnell's to anyone I know especially if this is the way they would treat a long time repeating customer (8/08/11).
