I just bought an Oddyssey from Courtney/Jenifer approx.2 months ago.Very unhappy with the purchase.They told me the transmission in the car was new and sold me a warranty that doesn't hold up.They made$600.00 on the warranty alone and 2 months after I bought the car the transmission needs to be replaced.After calling them and asking for the original warranty on the transmission,I was told I had to go through Wynns,the new warranty company I purchased,whom didn't honor hardly any of the repairs or anything else in my contract. After getting the runaround from Courtney /Jenifer, I am now $1500.00 out of pocket and counting and still the transmission isn't fixed!Courtney and Jenifer and the entire staff at Kitlinger sold me this vehicle under false pretenses and washed thier hands of it and the customers the minute they sold the vehicle.They are the reason why people think car salesmen are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. ONLY CARE ABOUT THE SALE.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUN THE RISK OF GETTING SCREWED!
