IT HAD BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I HAD BEEN BACK TO SHIVELY'S SPORTING GOODS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE USUALLY IS TERRIBLE. ON SAT I HAD TO GO IN TO CHANGE MY SON'S FB PANTS THAT WAS ORDERED BY THE SCHOOL- A HAVE TO SITUATION. WHILE IN THERE MAKING AN EXCHANGE THE RUDE MAN WAS TRYING TO PARENT MY SON WHO WAS VERY RESPECTFUL TO HIM. THIS SALES CLERK WAS BEYOND RUDE. THEN BECAME EXTREMELY DISRECTFUL TO ME. IT MADE MY GREAT DAY GO SO WRONG. I HATE SHIVELY'S WISH THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. WOMEN BEWARE DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE ALONE OR YOU WILL BE BULLIED BY THE SALES PEOPLE. IN BEING IN THE G=HURRY THAT I WAS THAT DAY I GAVE THE STORE MANAGER A CALL AND HE SEEMED ABOUT AS INTERESTED AS MY BUTT.. NOW I KNOW WHY I GIVE HIBBETT'S MY BUSINESS.
