Good: Nothing!. Bad: there website states the are 24 hrs however I have called 15 times, no answer! Alissa last time they came out they were supposed so call, never did! I was suppose to have an early appointment they came at 3. Tech he could find a problem! Really than was is it 90 in my house. He replaced the valve that controls freon, 2 days later it has stopped working again.. Improvements: if they say the call 30 minutes before than please call. If you promise to work on someone's ac before they go to work, than show up! If a young tech can't locate problem than send him to school and send someone who has experience..
