Review content:
I thought friendly, respectful customer service was a thing of the past. All of the people at Rytek treat you with the utmost regard. The mechanic called me to tell me of an issue BEFORE he worked any further on my vehicle. He gave me options (ones that could be done at his shop or I could do myself to save on cost). He thoroughly explained everything to me. He was very courteous and helpful.
The receptionist is another treasure. She went out of her way to accomodate my last-minute schedule. She even arranged to have me driven home by a staff member so I did not have to wait.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and compassionate people at Rytek.
I will be a customer for life.
