Yes, its pricey... but I'll pay top dollar if they're taking good care of my pup. I mean, someone has to pay for their beautiful facilities, right? I recently took my puppy Lucy to get spayed here. I was hesitant after reading several posts here and talking to other dog owners at various parks in the District. Everyone agreed that Friendship is a great 24-hr option for emergencies, however many looked at me funny for even considering to use them for a planned surgery. Well, Lucy and I are living proof that Friendship rocked the hizzy. The staff was informative, friendly, and treated Lucy with warm care -- one of the techs even offered to watch her whenever I go out of town! Her doctor was meticulous, friendly, and gorgeous -- yes, gorgeous! Bygones. Needless to say, Lucy's spay went without complication and she's doing great! I will not hesitate to use FAH again in the future... and sincerely think its worth the extra buck. I highly recommend these folks to everyone.
