"I have been a patient of both the 20/20 in San Mateo and also their other office in San Ramon. Both offices are welcoming and friendly with very personable doctors. The staff is great at helping pick out glasses and answering questions regarding contacts. Having been in the eyeglass business before I moved here, I can recognize great service. And I have had nothing but great service here since I moved to the Bay Area.
Also, I just want to add that a contact lens training is necessary for anyone who has never worn contacts before. Yeah it may seem like a simple process but what if you cant get a lens out of your eye?? It happens. They show you how to remove the lenses properly so that you can be self sufficient....not to rip you off."
