Good: I have been going to this clinic for all my health needs and my family's health needs for 8 years. I have 3 boys ages 14, 12 and 9 and have been taking them, myself and my husband to Dr. Henderson and Premier Immediate Care for over 8 years. Their level of quality care and expertise is top rated. I would not even consider seeking health care anywhere else. They are very thorough and employ great, caring people. I love the fact that you don't have to have an appt. yet I never have to wait long at all.. Bad: I have never experienced anything at Premier Immediate Care that I did not like. I give them 5 stars in all areas - especially convenience and top level of care.. Improvements: The only improvement I could recommend is that they open more locations so more people could have access to their clinics all over Atlanta.. Other: Premier Immediate Care can service every health need you have. They have the best bedside manner I have ever experienced and are very willing to help you in anything you need. If you need a higher level of care, such as a specialist, they are quick to recommend someone for you. They are excellent in following through (even while you are seeing a specialist) until your medical situation is resolved. They do not recommend you to someone else and stop their care. They have always seen me through to the end.
