On July 6,2011, 2 boxes (80 lb. and 60 lb), were shipped and billed from "The Mail Room" RT 12, Groton, Connecticut, 06340 using UPS 2nd Day Air. Tracking numbers 1Z 097 965 02 7027 6777 and 1Z 097 965 02 7027 6768 were assigned. The Mail Room also packed all items using their recommended boxes. We expected the packages to arrive either on the 8th or 9th of July. When trying to track the numbers, there was never an update other than UPS is waiting to recieve it. Then two large boxes showed up on my door on July 15 with DIFFERENT tracking numbers 1Z 097 965 02 7027 7007 and 1Z 097 965 02 7027 6964 using "UPS 2nd Day Air" dated July 13, 2011. Looking at the new tracking numbers online, it states a 60 pound box and a 70 pound were billed and shipped July 13, 2001.(NO they werent) Why were packages delayed a week and the TR numbers changed without notifying us, When the original 80 pound package now 70 lb. box was opened, the bubble wrap was found to be sloppy and loose. There was an Xcelite Tool Case (TCS150ST) weighing 10 pounds and valued at $500 MISSING from the box and a 130 year old "WILLIAM L. GILBERT CLOCK dated JUNE 3, 1879" destroyed. Because of tpoo much slack in the Box. The Mail Store has been avoiding our calls and will not explaiin what happend. We paid $1100.00. for Junk Service. My next call is the better biz folks. I rate it minus 5 stars
