I do not normally do this this but I was asked to give an honest review of my sale process being that it was the second purchase in less than a year. It is my understanding, per Brian Cross, that Simpson GMC values what thier customer's thoughtsare to help them grow. I am in the sales busniess where follow up means everything. From the start of both vehicles Gary Simpson took the orderes but was terrible at following up. It's very disapointing when you start with one vehicle and end up with another. I should have gone back to Brian Cross who would return my calls and let me know what was going on This last epsiode with the van that I ordered, that took several months, I was told it would be here over a week ago by Gary. That was not the case. He even said it was unloaded off the rail car and ready to be trucked to the dealership over a week ago. Still no calls and still no van as of 6 days ago. I was ready to just back out. I received a call a few days ago from Brian telling me where the van was and when it would be here. Brian told me that he would bypass the normal routine and have the van picked up instead of waiting for it to be trucked. That is exactly what he did. Brian gave me a time when it would be there. I received a play by play of how it was going and it all happened as he said. Brian thank you for your help getting it all to happen today. I was ready to take back my deposit and be done with the whole thing. As a salesman, we do not get enough recognition but here's one for you Brian. Thank you very much. When I am ready for another GMC I will come to you.
