I have received wonderful service from Valley over the last 2 years. I had been managing the two single family home rentals I have for the past 20 years when I ran into a real nightmare situation with a tenant. I looked around for a property manager and found Valley Management Group. What a relief. I contemplated getting a manager in the past but thought I could manage the properties myself. I would have continued to do so if I did not run into a period of high turnover in a couple year period. When Valley took over the house was fixed up and not a dime spent that Valley did not run by me first. They found quality professionals to do the work. I was also impressed with the quality of tenants that were found to occupy the property - and the documentation is so complete.
