Good: I have been taking my cars to Ramel for 10+ years. These guys (Mike and Joe) are the most Knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest guys I've met since I've quit working on my own cars. Friendly? Beyond. Get your car in by 7am (or leave it the night before), you'll get it that afternoon - unless it's something weird. If that - why did you wait so long? Oil Changes? Not quick. Done the right way. Up on the rack and let it COMPLETELY drain. No old oil left. Plus, they'll remember your name!. Other: Once I had a problem with my BMW. They checked it out for a couple of days. They were totally honest and told me, "This is a BMW Dealer issue." Charges? Are you kidding? NOTHING! How much more could you get???.
