My experience at La Ritz was horrible.. I mean as soon as you walk in the door i seen purses and watches and some of the jewlery was plastic. Then I went to the waiting room and the wall paper was coming off... but wait... when i can in the door the lady at the front desk with the accent was rude... and then later asked me did i want a glass of wine... how crazy is that.. unfortunatlly i already prepaid for my services so i went ahead and got it done... and then i waited like 30 mins before i was called back.. then when i got in the room i felt claustrophobic.. the room was so small. The massage i had Better!!!!! then i went to go get a pedicure and mani... That whole room was a mess.... The massage chairs were horrible they were unclean and didnt work properly. My nails were chipping the next day.... I will not be a returning customer.. and i for-warn EVERYONE BEWARE OF LA RITZ SPA SALON!!!!!!
