Restoration Hardware is a wonderful resource for high-quality furniture, linens, and housewares, as well as small-tickets items that make gifts with impact--and this location is a superior showcase of their fine range of products. The vignettes, lighting, and pleasant music are inviting, and the experience once inside the store always ends on a positive note.
Particularly, there's an English salesman who is great--he's helped us make returns, exchange merchandise from another store, and make special orders. Despite the posh location and clientele, the entire staff here is helpful and friendly.
P.S. With regard to prices, I have successfully negotiated a substantial discount on a custom sofa (saved thousands) by paying cash. Who knew you could haggle at a chain furniture store?
