Review content:
It really bums me out to write a negative review. I was hoping to get my hair done here of my wedding in a few months. This experience is making me question that :(
This was my second time at Mousey Brown. The first visit was great. Kristy gave me a great cut and style. But my second visit was a huge disappointment. I was having my hair lightened by way of baylayage, which is just a fancy french word for highlighting using a brush. She was fine with the technique but I should have just bought a $130 bottle of Sun In.
Everything was okay till she rinsed out my hair. The she went to the color station and brought back some bleach. She "lightened up my base" without telling me in attempt to fix something she had done. She didn't say a word about having any problem with my hair. I gave her until my hair was dry to say something. I told her it looked orange. She took me outside. It was still very orange. She added some toner that didn't do much. I'm happy with the blondness of my actual highlights, but my orange base is unforgivable. I'm sorry Kristy. I love Mousey Brown but I'm going to have to go with someone else next time.
