If you do a quick google search, you will notice a few review sites for Brink Property Management. Click on all of them and compare reviews. The 5 star reviews are made by Brink themselves. The one stars are from real people. You will see the same phrases used over and over "Stress free, I know my property is well taken care of!" All of this is to disguise the fact that have poor customer service and spend more time on the computer making fake reviews than actually returning phone calls from current and prospective renters. Please do your research before you choose them for your property management or for renting. They are lazy and lack basic communication skills.
