I will never again go to this place. I booked a party for my 12yr old daughter, first they tell me that they do not have the balloons i ordered and bring me box to look through in which i find the balloons. The drinks were disgusting, watered down pepsi, and sprite. I ordered 4 pizzas and at first got 2, the other ones i was told got given to another party there. They finally gave us our her 2 pizzas 20mins later, by this time the kids just wanted to skate. I had orignally asked for the "cake" and ice cream to be brought out after pizza. I had to find someone and ask a second time for that to happen. The "cake" was in fact cupcakes, and ice cream cups, wow what rip off. I asked for a discount for such poor service, the person was very rude. I did not get a discount. This is the most disorganized skating facility i have ever been too, will never go again. On top of that what kind of place does not have air conditioning it was 80 degrees, im surprized no-one passed out. The most disgusting bathrooms also stunk, no paper towels to wipe your hands on, locks on doors broken. Im surpised this place is still in business. Do not take your kids here you will be disappointed for the price.
