Review content:
I met some coworkers from my last company at Paradise Grille for a nostalgic holiday get together this week.
We ended up outside in the area facing the mall. The heaters were a bit much, but I really liked the lounge style seating area. We had about 8 people and we had a nice living room like area to schmooze and chat.
The beverages were great, I had the Paradise Martini. As advertised it was paradise in a martini glass. So very tasty! I had a second to make sure the quality was consistent, I am just that self sacrificing :)
We ordered happy hour appetizers, First the Margarita Pizza, the mozzarella tasted really fresh and creamy. We ordered a second for the sake of quality assurance as noted above. Thankfully they were able to pass our test plan and we checked all of the appropriate boxes in our documentation.
Next on the list was the Yaki Beef Tenderloin. Yes, this was also subjected to the rigorous secondary testing protocol. And....it was good. The peanuts and mango really complemented the beef.
Finally the firecracker shrimp. Tasty tender and spicy as advertised.
This is a nice local NC eatery, I look forward to trying it again soon.
