I had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did a great job! They were excellent at communicating when they would arrive for pick-up and delivery, so i was never left hanging around and waiting for them to show up. The cleaning process was explained to me, and when I had a question, they had an answered. My carpet smelled like cat urine and that smell is not an easy smell to get rid of...but It came out very nice; no smell. I liked that the carpet was deodorized for free. I am able to enjoy my carpets now. I think when looking for a business trust is an issue, just because you don't really know too much about a business until you actually have the business do the job...I am a very pleased customer and impressed by the professionalism displayed, the overall pricing, and most importantly my carpets are like new. Thank you
