Review content:
I have rarely had service as good as what I received here. Anne doesn't know me from Adam. I was visiting in the neighborhood for three weeks. I brought her my Movado Museum watch, which hadn't worked for months. She told me it needed cleaning. Several days later, I happened to be walking by. Even though I didn't have my receipt, and even though it was two days before she had promised to have the watch ready, I thought I'd see if I could pick it up. I saw a post-it on the door saying she was having lunch and I should call her cell. I did so. Less than five minutes later, there she was. She asked my name and found my watch, which was ready, and gave it to me even though I didn't have the receipt. I had a credit card with me, but she takes only cash or checks. When I told her I was leaving the neighborhood that afternoon and would have to come back from much farther away, she said I could send her a check! What century is this??? Such a thing NEVER happens! Anne prepared a self-addressed envelope for me and even put a stamp on it! You can be sure that I wrote the check and mailed it that very day. So I give Edelweiss Jewelers five stars and plan to bring my son's ailing Breitling to Anne as soon as I can.
